No Restocking Fees!
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. If your order arrives and you are unsatisfied, you can return any new, unused, unaltered items with 14 days. To make a return:
1. Give us a call or send us an email. We'll issue an RMA (Return Mail Authorization) number.
2. Carefully repackage your item. Items that are received to us damaged due to improper package cannot be returned.
3. Item's need to be in resaleable condition (unless defective). Please do not write on the box. Please write down return information on a piece of paper and include it in the box.
4. Wait for your refund. We process refunds within 1 business day of receipt, however, it can take up to 10 days for payment to reach your account.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns of electrical items, sheet metal or painted parts, parts that require a key code or mileage, tires, or custom orders. Please contact us before purchasing these items if you have any questions on those types of products so we can ensure you get the right thing.
Abuse: Please do not abuse the return policy by ordering multiple variations of a single item. Give us a call and we and we can help you select the best item. Returns where multiple variations of a single item are ordered are subject to our discretion. Ultimately, we want you to be happy. We believe you will be happier getting the best product on the first order.
Defective Items: Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. If you need help with a defective item, give us a call. We can work with you and the manufacturer to process warranty claims.
Free Shipping on orders over $150 within the Continental United States!
Online orders made Monday-Friday by 2 PM EST are processed same day. Many items on our site will ship the same day. Some take 3-5 business days, depending on warehouse sourcing. Some inventory items move very quickly. If an order is delayed or is a backordered item, we will contact you.
APO Orders over $150 are included in our free shipping policy! We appreciate all you do for our country.
If an item arrives that is visibly damaged, please contact us immediately! Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers as much as possible.
