Q: Are the items that you sell really brand new, not
takeoffs or seconds?
A: Yes, everything we sell is brand new in the box, just

Q: How long will it
take for my order to arrive, and what if there is an item "lost" or
"damaged" in shipment?

for the occasional backorder). If a product is lost by the carrier, we replace
the lost or damaged portion of the order and WE file the paperwork and fight it
out with the carrier!
Q: What if an item is
A: Well, there is no getting around backorders in this
industry. If an item is backordered we have several suppliers for all of our
products and will do everything in our power to satisfy your order, in the rare
even that we can not fill the order, you of course are welcome to a refund.

parts, some I can't find, what now?
A: The easiest way to use our catalog is to use the search
engine based in the On-Line catalog. Simply type in the part number you're
looking for, results that match are found at the bottom of the page. In the
event the item your looking for can't be found, please use the note field of

Q: I have sent for
quote requests but you have not responded?
A: All quotes are answered within 24 hours, with the
exception of weekends, and I try to get to most of those as well. If you do not
receive your quote its possible the quote is blocked by spam controls or
firewalls. Communicating through the internet is not 100%, I'm sorry to say. If
your quotes are not coming through, drop me an email at email@example.com.
